I have a 1990 2 birth bailie Scorpio the water system in the toilet/shower do not work so I have removed the basin and shower. I am thinking of removing the shower tray and wardrobe and installing some bunk beds for my 2 daughters is this a feasible idea?
no not really, you wont have anything to fix it to the wall securely, also it will change the balance of the caravan, esp important if you are touring. it would have been easier just to fix the water because how are you going to wash after using your loo now?

Anything is possible if you have the necessary skills, but as Marg6 says you may have to be careful about upsetting the balance of the caravan. I installed my own bunk beds in a previous caravan without any problems whatsoever. That was a 1988 Elddis Tornado. Just watch the weight of the materials you are using and keep a check on the effect it has on the nose-weight of the caravan. Too much weight near the rear can have a disastrous effect on the handling, especially if the weight is high up.
