Just been to see our van in storage, first time since before Christmas, and she’s filthy. She’s stored next to a row of very tall conifers. I’m having her cleaned before we take her out at Easter. My question is - should I cover her after cleaning? Some on the storage have full covers over them. She’s not an old van and I want to keep her looking good.
I can remember hearing that covers can cause vans to ‘sweat’ due to reduced ventilation? What do others do and if you do, which one do you have?
I think the advantages of a cover for someone storing in clear outside conditions probably don't outweigh the disadvantages but if you are under lots of trees with birds having **itting parties etc they are probably worthwhile.

If it was me and van in storage as you describe, it would have a cover on it.
