On the subject of getting from eBay (or any other source if buying s/h), ENSURE seller has either never registered the lock with Alko, OR has DEREGISTERED it, so that you can register it in your name, otherwise you stand no chance of ever getting spare keys etc. they will ONLY supply to a registered user and YOU can't change the registered user if still registered! Even more relevant if only supplied with one key as many s/h units are. The kit should come with a registration card with lock serial number etc.
