Hi every my wife purchased some roof raiser not sure which end of the awning to fit them, common sense tells me the go close to the front edge of the awning any ideas much appreciated.
Do you mean the extra roof poles to stop water pooling on the top?
Our full awning has them, they go halfway between the centre and edge poles. There are also extra front poles which go in line with them to support the awning.

Hi we have a camp tech Atlantis, these roof raiser poles are flat and curve to mirror the curved side of the awning, and they're not just roof poles. Thanks for your reply.
Hi All
On the subject or roof poles I’ve been trying to purchase the monsoon poles for Kampa Rally 390,
Every supplier I’ve contacted has them on back order they are rarer than hens teeth, I suppose I’ll just have to keep trying ( retail price for these are around £6 each I require 3 seen some on flea bay for £99 each I’m guessing the guy had bought the entire stock from Kampa to,make a killing)
Regards Graham
Hi Andy every dealer I’ve contacted told they should be in stock by end of January then was told February then latest same as you end of April early May, so fingers crossed they’re right this time.
Hi Mick S the monsoon pole is a fibre glass pole for roof tensioning Kampa/Dometic awnings to stop water pooling on roof it sits in a purpose made pocket at beading side of awning then clamps onto front stretcher pole to tension roof

Hi Andy
The dealers must have all got the stock of monsoon poles around the same time, I phoned Bawtry caravans on Wednesday 27th April they had just had delivered 2 boxes of them, same as you the guys there put 3 to one side for me to collect then on Friday 29th.
Went up to Northumberland for a week last week & tried them out, the roof looks much better tensioned with them in place
Graham
Yes Graham, they seem to do the job, we have have just had 2 weeks in Devon with some very sharp showers and no pooling whereas before I would had a problem. I wish they had supplied them as standard though as pooling water on this make / type of awning seems to be a problem.
