Just to confuse matters further, I believe AlKo did a retro fit AL-KO Secure receptor for chassis (presumably ONLY AlKo chassis!) not fitted with the receptor at manufacture, the kit contained a new brake back plate, with the lock receiver and a wheel specific insert, it was only available to be fitted by dealers.
Can't find any mention of it now in current info, but may account for why the van physically has the receptor but is not listed in the insert fittings list as wouldn't normally be an option. I know the insert lozenge varies to suit specific wheels, but not sure if the bolt length also does to cope with differing offsets.
The lozenge insert is a 'perfect' fit in the matched wheel, so something 'similar looking' may not actually fit, I think if going down the visually trying to match wheel route, you may need to try the insert before purchase, or have the option of a refund if it doesn't fit.
For what it's worth, I can't argue that they are one of the most secure wheel locks available, but fitting the damn thing is a right PITA! You have to have the wheel rotation absolutely spot on aligned, there is no latitude, that's OK(ish) with a motor mover, but more challenging if manually pushing and shoving van and I would imaging a total lost cause if trying to align with van still attached to car!
