We drove past Duncan’s Caravans near Wishaw recently & their compound was full. Website says they have 2023 models of Swift & Bailey. Not convenient for most of the people posting here, however.
I don’t have a caravan but I drop in there as it’s my nearest good supplier of camping equipment & parts like water heaters.
I think you will find, like nearly all dealers throughout the country, they advertise 2023 but have no stock but can order.
They are advertising a total of four used vans for sale.

Taken delivery of our new Caravan..A steep but hopefully happy learning curve begins.
Congratulations on finally getting your new van and on your patience/persistence.
Hope you enjoy many years of caravanning and create wonderful memories.

It’s not just caravans taking time to come through, parts supply is affecting lots of industries, building supplies for one. My son has had a car on order for a good while now and still no sign of it.
I don’t see how there will be any depreciation issues as it will be new s and when you get it. That’s why used prices are still strong for many things as supply new is so restricted. As for prices new going up down the line, without a doubt they will. Supply out stripping demand.
We took delivery of van booked Broadway for a weekend arrived about lunchtime. It was chucking it down and after filling every thing up we stopped for a cuppa only to find that everywhere was soaking wet. It was clear that it wasn't sealed and quite frankly i am pi**ed off now and dont want it anymore we contacted RJ and told them we want our money back.
After a couple of months we got a refund and kept our old van.
It was very stressful.

That truly is a sad conclusion after all that time waiting, I feel for you.
Little bit 'angry' that manufacturers are still churning out leaky vans, a brand new leaky van is unforgivable. The industry shamefully really does not get better!
Probably the right decision to return to dealer and get refund, even if fixed under warranty, you'd likely never have confidence in it and the joy of a new pristine van would forever be tainted.
