Unfortunately we will have to close our wee caravan up for winter in a few weeks 😫We always bring the seats home but just a wee question about how to clean and freshen them up when we get them home??? We've no streamer or anything like that so any easy tips would be much appreciated 😜
Any carpet and upholstery shampoo will freshen up caravan soft furnishings but we normally use the 1001 brand. However, if you don't want to go the extreme of deep cleaning then you could opt for something like Febreze with a floral aroma.

you could always hire a carpet cleaner, and use the hose on it to clean the seats, that is how we have done ours in several of the caravans we have had
We use the Dr Beckmann range (upholstery) on the dirty areas, it cleaned a red wine spill. In supermarkets. I’ve tried febrize but it was just a short term smell, it didn’t freshen up dirt.
We now use “bothy blankets” over the bench seats (pure wool), they get washed on the rinse cycle & air dried when required. That’s what keeps our MH fresh. And a good vacuum cleaner freshens up the floor. But we have a dog, so it’s a challenge.
Sorry for the delay. There seem to be 2 types, one being a neutraliser spray and the other a bomb type. You just shut all van windows, pull the pin and get out. Leave it for a few minutes and it's job done. We did ours a couple of years ago and it's still fresh inside, even with the cooking being done inside.
Purchased from Lowdhams, Huddersfield.

We cover our seats with polar fleece, cut to size and wash when needed. A tip from someone on here whose name escapes me, but very welcome. 4m will do the job.
My neighbour has made a cover out of throws for her seating as their Children/Grandchildren use their van. She just run some elastic around the edge and then it fastens underneath with some Velcro to stop it popping off, looks very smart and makes it easier to wash,mi must admit I was very impressed.
