I thought I would pass on the following genuine experience to help anyone thinking of buying a motor mover.
I had a problem with my automatic Emove motor mover whilst on holiday in mid Wales and I rang Emove for help. What happened next was astonishing.
Despite being more than 100 miles from Emove's offices John Townsend and his colleague Ian said one of them would drive to me the next day, investigate and fix the problem free of charge. They said that if they couldn't fix it they would bring a new mover with them and fit it.
Sure enough, next day, Ian arrived, fixed the issue (caused by a 3rd party fitter making an installation error) and drove all the way back to Emove's HQ.
The most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced from any company, anywhere, anytime.
Oh, by the way, the Emove mover is a superb product

The world of caravaning spans the extremes of customer service, there are those companies who's customer service is near criminal, but there are a handful who genuinely go the extra mile. Well done Emove.

That's a great service you had from Emove. It's nice to get help like that and the first time I've heard Emove give this service when you need it. Can I just say Powrtouch have the same policy and will come to your aid when needed as well.
Out of curiosity are there any other manufacturer's out there that gives the same service?
Shame the same can't be said about caravan manufacturer's when things go wrong.
