Hi need some advise getting ready for our first time out with our caravan (our first time as carvaner's have been folding campers for 14years ) . We had it winter ready checked and drained. And I have been doing some reading since buying it last year about flushing and cleaning the water pipes and aqua-roll but how do you clean a on-board ( under the caravan) water tank.....?
Fill it with Puriclean, obviously I mean with the correct water ratio, the same as you would do with an aquaroll.
When you get time remember to change your outfit in your profile.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

We use Puriclean to prepare our caravan for the start of the season. We do the aquaroll first to make sure it is disinfected and then pump a fresh load of Puriclean into the caravan water system and run all the taps until it starts flowing out. We then leave it for several hours before draining and then pumping through fresh water to rinse. I like to start the process the day before we head off for the first trip of the new season. Then, on the day we set off, I drain most of the Puriclean out but leave around a litre in the caravan. The jiggling of the caravan as we tow to our first destination sloshes the Puriclean around the system and in my view, helps give the system a good clean. We then complete the draining and rinsing when we arrive at our destination.
Edit: Don’t forget if you use a mains water hook-up to also Puriclean the hose. I was horrified a few years ago when I filled our hose with Puriclean, left it to soak and then emptied it out! The water that came out of the hose was disgusting! It just goes to show how much the Puriclean removes.
