Hi everyone 😊Good to be back in the caravan season again!!! 2 queries for you all. Anyone ANY idea why an oven that was working perfectly well last season have a really low flame now 😮 The paint on front of our windows is flaking off is there anything we can use to touch them up.

your regulator is likely to be the issue with the oven, but i have no idea what your talking about with paint on the windows

hi , regards the oven, do the gas rings on the hob work ok, are the main isolator valves open fully.
you dont say which van or which oven
what do to mean by " the paint on the front of the windows", do you mean the silver/grey paint around the edge of the window? that paint is on the inside of the windows and can be touched up

Good Morning

Yes it's the paint around the edge. Is there a specific paint I need to get. We have an eldiss whirlwind 2000. The only thing I can see on the oven is that it is a vanette?

is it an oven with the gas rings on top?, if so ,again ,do the rings work ok, if so then its obviously a problem with the oven part.

if you can match the shade of paint with spray cans, The Range have several shades on display, you would have to carefully mask everthing up though

no , its in the car section , just ordinary acrilic, car paint , metal or plastic

The jet gas jet on the oven burner may be blocked with rust and debris, happened to our grill last year, it had to be removed and cleaned through to remove the blockage. works perfectly ever since.
