Not aware of any that give you actual numerical figures, and don't think I've ever seen a gradient even mentioned since the days of paper maps (aside from OS hikers maps), think the assumption probably is that every modern vehicle on the road should be able to cope with any gradient found on a public road, BUT there are a few places I know where caravans are prohibited by roadside signs, and 1:3 or 1:4 gradients are signed as unsuitable for some vehicles, you wouldn't want to put a MH or caravan through some of the passes in the Lake District that's for sure, seriously doubt you'd succeed in making it through! They do supposedly use that data to plan suitable routes that avoid those hazards for oversized vehicles though.
TomTom Mydrive App is one I use - https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/mydriveapp/.
But then I have a TomTom Sat Nav (but NOT a Caravan/MH version) and a/c, so all linked together, and with no ongoing expense. The App allows input of vehicle type (Car, MH, Car plus caravan etc. AND the dimensions of MH/Car-Caravan) which my Sat Nav doesn't. It will alter the recommended route based on the dimensions entered on some occasions.
I've looked at/tried a few of the trucker Apps (don't recall the names), and not been overly impressed for one reason or another, so deleted and gone back to TomTom.
Did look at perhaps the most popular one for MH/Caravaners, https://copilotgps.com/en-gb/caravan-navigation/, but TBH as it was a paid for service and didn't do anymore that my free TomTom app did, didn't see any advantage of spending the extra money.
Be warned, NONE are perfect, at best they will get you through even if you don't like the chosen roads, at worst they'll occasionally stitch you up as not flawless, but often a bit of old fashioned route planning aided by Google Street View/Earth can show that the use of a different road may be a little longer but is a WHOLE lot easier! The automated routing is generally biased towards the shortest route that you'll fit down, not necessarily the best/easiest! Personally I'd rather drag the van down a few extra miles of duel carriageway than squeeze down a single track lane 'cos it's theoretically quicker! Find that tactic is particularly useful when approaching camp sites, the approach from one direction can be immeasurably better than from the other!

They just added a feature for Trucks, so I put my vehicle dimensions in and will try it on my next caravan trip.
Might be worth a look.
Not one I recall coming across before, or at least a long time ago and forgotten about as probably not impressed then!
But Magic Earth now loaded on my phone and I suspect to become my 'goto' navigation app!
IF it's reliable (not used in anger yet!) it ticks just about every box for me, even connects to my car screen and car speakers via AndoidAuto (an undocumented feature, although Carplay mentioned).
Tested it's routing (as a truck, with caravan dimensions inputted) on a few of the trickier routes I'm well familiar with and it didn't fail with recommending routes unsuitable for a caravan, unlike many a route planner regardless of the caravan route friendly claims! Only gripe is it took a typical shorter (and more difficult!) route across Exmoor, rather than the slightly longer but easier route I use, it was still a usable route to be fair.
Lots of nice features like starting route from a remote location rather than only your current physical one (great for working out journey times AFTER you've picked up caravan from storage), able to pop in a way point on a already planned route and it'll reroute to accommodate (great way of forcing routing via your preferred roads!). Option to input Lat/Long figure rather than post code or address (useful for those obscure places where post codes and addresses are too vague!). What 3 Words would be nice, but I'll bang in a recommendation to their helpful email address.
Someone seems to have actually put some original thought into this app, rather than blindly emulate all the others around, including their shortcomings!
And for the OP, it even gives a graph and numbers of the altitude profile on the route, never seen that before apart from on a walking/hiking GPS device!
Thanks Mike James, think I'm going to appreciate your tip off, even if OP doesn't pick up on it.

Theres many actual camp sites on roads you wouldnt normally want to traverse with a caravan. So having a sat nav that avoids these roads is useless. A couple of sites we used last year in Devon and Dorset had me down roads - THE only roads to these sites, where i was practically rattling the trucks mirrors on the vegetation on both sides at the same time. Luckily no damage to the van sides. Meeting anyone also proved 'interesting' where passing places were concerned.
I know what you mean, sadly many a CL is down those sorts of lanes, and I favour CL's, but I'm wise enough to check the approach roads on Google Street View before committing to a site, and generally dismiss them from my potential options if too risky.
I generally travel alone, so don't have a 'banksman' to assist in reversing, but even with a reversing camera fitted to my caravan and quite a competent and confident driver who can reverse an articulated outfit, I'm not enthusiastic about reversing hundreds of yards where the caravan and hedgerows are a size and size fit! I will make the conscious decision NOT to venture down miles of single track lanes, if a site is down a single track road, I'll only consider it viable if under maybe a 1/2 mile or so. I've met far too many solo car drivers who can't reverse a handful of yards to a passing place! - thankfully most commercial vehicle drivers are more skilled! Meet another caravan or MH, you're inevitable the one with the problem with reversing, it's a rare skill that many do not possess !!!!!

I've just downloaded Magic Earth and it just gives pedestrian/bike/car options - how do you get the truck bit?

Not sure why you can't see the truck option - if you open the 'Cog' menu, you can select vehicle type and set parameters, if you select the 'turn right' arrow to create a route, an icon bar appears at top of screen with vehicle options 'Car, truck, train, pedestrian, cycle'!
I've got the latest version released 16th June, I've also downloaded the relevant maps to use App offline, and it's the Android version if that has any bearing.
Magic Earth have a half decent support web page which may help: https://www.magicearth.com/support/. Got to give them Brownie Points for having app support at all, that's rare!
Used the app in anger again over w/e (solo car, no caravan) and it had a couple of wobbles! Kept advising there was a route that was an hour quicker (on a overall 1.5 hour journey, and well into journey at that!), but then as soon as on revised route it advise previous route was an hour quicker, ad infinitum! Had to ditch the app to stop the cycle!
It also rather lost the plot when approaching destination and within 1/2 mile it rerouted adding a few miles to remaining journey and taking me back over lanes I'd already driven! It got there in the end, but odd, it's certainly not something unique to this app, I've had the same on a number of both app and hardware Sat Navs in the past, suspect it's a loss of GPS signal getting it confused about where it is precisely.
The 'wobbles' have shaken my faith in it a little, wouldn't want those glitches with the caravan on back! I'll trial it further on solo trips before trusting OR damning it completely. Never been one to put blind faith in a Sat Nav, always have a mental map of route derived from other sources, so I know if Sat Nav setting me up for a fall, but do find the live data on traffic invaluable, and the ability to re-route in areas I'm not familiar with is very useful if chosen route unavailable for whatever reason (lost count of how many times police have closed roads and punted me off into unknown country on diversions!)
