Welcome.
Details of your caravan are a little scant, like year, which may have a bearing on solutions.
According to the current Fendt user manual available from their web site (https://www.fendt-caravan.com/fileadmin/bedienungsanleitungen/2021/2021_OPERATION_........), your van may have microswitches incorporated into the taps to activate the water pump, rather than the now more common pressurised system and pressure switch pump activation to which others have referred.
That would suggest either one of the microswitches has failed and is remaining 'on' regardless of tap position, or the wiring to one of the switches has become electrically shorted out, having the same effect as a tap being open/switch on.
Generally faulty microswitches can be replaced without changing the complete tap, but that is dependant on the actual taps you have fitted.
There is unlikely to be anything wrong with the pump itself. That said if running continuously, it can suffer damage due to exceeding it's design run time, and if allowed to run dry, again damage can be done.
Fendt is not a brand I'm overly familiar with, and I suspect few in the UK are, so specific advice may be a little scarce.
