Hi I have recently acquired a Basecamp 4 which has an inbuilt satellite function, vision plus. Do you simply buy a TV that is compatible with coaxial connector and connect and adjust the height of Satellite internally or is there a preferred method for signal strength. Any help appreciated

The vision plus is a digital TV aerial it won't receive satellite signals.
Some tvs have a built in satellite receiver but you need a dish.

And a Sky TV account, an lnb, a cable...and a clear line of sight to slightly east of south. The owner of Horton Common CL has some good info. Look up satellite TV for caravans.

No need for a Sky account as a Freesat unit with sat dish works well. We used one in our caravan.

We only use Freesat at home. Plenty of channels. It's built into the TV.

OP, what makes you think your basecamp4 has anything to do with satellite reception ? As far as I am reading it (although its hard to tell without seeing the kit) you have an regular TV aerial and a regular TV coaxial output as you said "connected to an aerial".
Unless you can see a satellite dish most likely on the roof you have no satellite capability and would require the whole shebang - a dish, cabling and a tuner.
