Having an issue the van been plugged into my house mains no issues at all last couple of weeks yesterday the outlet the van was in went off after replacing the outlet which I’ve tried with other things that work fine got no power coming into the van on mains. There was nothing tripped in the van on the board and checked all fuses and all look in good order with no brakes or scorching all 12v working no problems at all. Any help greatly appreciated thanks
Have you confirmed you have no supply to the van? You can do this by pressing the trip test button, if it trips you have incoming supply, if it trips reclose it and check any 13A 230V sockets in the van work.
If it doesn't trip and you are sure there is supply at outlet then I would suspect your hook up lead may be faulty.

The main trip switch on some consumer units can look as if it hasn't tripped when it actually has. You have to reset it by turning it off then on again. As Saxo says, try pressing the test button. If nothing happens try turning it off then on again.
Something tells me you have a problem with your battery charger. Yes it's quite likely the lights etc are 12 volt and run off the battery, but if the battery isn't connected they should run off the mains via the charger/power supply.
Well I’ve managed to get everything running off the mains again but only if I flick the switch for the battery charger which obviously wud only hav on if I’d been running on just my battery to charge it back up. But before the power went off as soon as I plugged the hook up into the van everything worked. Thanks for all the help
you need your battery charger switched on, as not only does it charge up the battery but its also a transformer too, so like in this case if the battery is either flat or goosed then your 12v things will still run if your connected to the mains
