Mine went down as well for the dandy. Down from about 85 to 77 I think. I think they've drunk so much from the profits its addled their brains.

Either that or its as a result of less foreign travel, less use during Covid or more vans being insured. But must be less being stolen.

Ours With CMC was a few pounds less too. New for old so not cheap.
We looked at vans at Salop Leisure, 2018 Bailey Unicorns ( which we have)
selling for what we paid new!
We thought about getting a smaller one but most are similar size,not a big range of smaller vans.
We will possibly go to the NEC show in February.

Ours is insured through C&CC and it went up by around £2 a year if I remember right. Wonder what it will do this July. It isn't very much for our 32 year old caravan anyway.

Anyone ever bothered NOT insuring a van? Are there downsides past losing your stake in it if it were lost? eg if you whacked something whilst towing?

Not a caravan but my car insurance with the CAMC went up £15 and the motorhome, also with the club went up £22. The fifth wheel renewal however, with Caravangaurd has more than trebled.Shocker!!
