Unfortunately there isn't a part number for each caravan window. If there was it would simplify the task tremendously of trying to obtain a replacement window but they don't make it that easy. The only way is to supply the make, the model and year of caravan before you can start any search trying to find a window which is either via a breaker or a dealer. However, in saying that many dealers won't assist unless you purchased the caravan from them so it's a matter of approaching the dealer where you purchased the caravan from. If you bought privately it may be a difficult task which the only solution is to contact a caravan window manufacturer which in most cases they will require an identical window as a pattern in order to make an identical one that will fit.
I speak from experience as we had a front caravan window demolished returning from Norfolk to the midlands about two years ago which I ended up having to put a claim through my caravan insurance.
Each window does have a part number(not on the window) but available at the dealer hence why I said about going there.
I have never heard in my life about dealers not helping you if you have not purchased the van from them. For example I needed a new bathroom window and got one from a dealer at the opposite end of the country, they had even given me the part number to check round other dealers to get the best price. But as it turned out they were the best price.

Yes, trawling breakers and their sites on line for a relatively cheap replacement can be quite a chore as the one you want always seems to have just been sold, I am still looking.
Have a look at this link, as they will make you one to order but, 1) they aren't cheap, about £300 each. and 2) they usually want the old one first as tango55 says.
