We have a 2011 Xplore 302 and have had no problems.
Us too
Our Elddis is now 32 years old and we have had no more problems than I suspect we would have had with any other make at that age. We did have to replace some wood around the front windows last year but we have had to do little else to it in nearly 7 years of ownership. I really don't think there is that much to choose between the different makes these days. I'm certainly not complaining, as we have had 7 years use from a caravan that cost us £1,100 and we will be getting it ready again for this year soon.
We have a 2011 Xplore 495 and have only had a couple of problems from new.
The large front window was prone to scratching as a result of the outer pane flexing when towing and rubbing against the inner pane. Many were replaced under warranty with much stronger plastic windows. A thorough damp check is needed, particularly around the front window as the seam above it is a common problem area which can leak.
There are numerous reports on the newer models with SoLiD construction (2013 onwards) of cracking front and rear ABS panels. Even when panels have been replaced cracks can reappear. Some have had caps fitted to cover high level cracks where they join the roof. Sadly even with relatively new caravans of all makes, this still seems to be a problem.
Our daughter had an Xplore 304 and had problems with panels cracking , not sure whether it was the front or back panel or both. It wax replaced under warranty but the new panel also cracked. It's a common problem with Xplore.

The work will wait while you show the child the rainbow, but the rainbow won't wait while you finish the work.
