Bread lives in the microwave. The fridge is too small for bread, that's about 6 tins of beer no contest!!

I bought some bake-at-home bread rolls in recent trips, and kept what I did not eat in the thermoelectric coolbox as stated on the packaging.

I had kept the uneaten ones at room temperature in the past for a couple of days and they were fine.

Quite like to have a freshly baked warm crusty roll with warm smoked streaky bacon instead of a sandwich with two slices of bread.

A sandwich requires 5 rashers of smoked streaky bacon whereas only 2 are required for a small crusty roll, so I am saving money on bacon!

Good job I bought some small bake-at-home rolls for the current trip which is for 7 nights, as I am down to my last 3 slices including the crust, and still have 2 breakfasts to go!

We find that the Warburtons Danish bread stays fresh for longer. We also buy the brioche rolls which seem to stay fresh forever.

Just had 20 weeks in my van on a working trip.
Kept my bread in the salad tray in the fridge, No problem whatsoever👌👌👌👍
