The "we buy" people, if they get back to you, will offer way below the trade price.
If it's a fairly new van, say 2022, they don't want it because it will cost them too much money and they won't make enough off of it.
Steer well clear!
The market for caravans just now is fairly stagnant, but buoyant in the motorhome sector.
To get anything like what you're after, you will need to p/x.
Unless you're willing to dour it out in the private market.

Couple of dealerships disappeared lately. May be try going to the place you bought it? Some years ago a friend of ours sold their van through their supplying dealer for a commission.

The “we buy” type people will always offer far less than market value, and often you don't get what they initially offer either. They tend to make an offer online or on the phone, then when you turn up say "it isn't as good as we expected" and offer you even less.
Buying and selling caravans does tend to be seasonal. Sell in spring, buy in autumn/winter is the way to go. Prices will always be higher at times people are thinking about holidays, and lowest when Christmas is on most peoples' minds.

We were thinking of selling our caravan, but it is not a seller's market at present and probably will not be for another 2 - 3 years especially if sites keep hiking their prices and we have tax increases.

hi Ian, I guess prices are settling out where they were pre-covid
Ours has a lot of extras and im selling it with a lot of Kit thrown in. So with the price 2k under book plus extras I hope to get it sold. If not then it will be a good day for the "we-buy" people.

Things are probably not that bad this time of year as people are still in holiday mode. It starts to get tougher to sell by the end of September and into October. November/December is the time to pick up a bargain.

At the end of May we sold our motorhome back to the dealer we purchased it from in 2019. We were reasonably happy with what we were offered given that selling it any other way could have been stressful! Interestingly two months later they still have it for sell for £10000 more than they paid us but the point is after two months they have not sold it at the price they are asking which was virtually the same as we paid five years ago. I keep an eye on it just to see if they reduce it, which if they do, makes the price we got an even better deal?
