When you switch water pump on, the battery shoots down and is draining

the water pump and the water heater have nothing to do with each other, so which one is the problem your having?

need more info regarding the water system or at least the make model and age of your caravan

If you cannot hear the pump run it is probably seized up,thus causing the voltage to drop.

Hey guys new tourer here need help I've got a bailey olympus 620-6 and everything is on and water running fine but can not for love nor money get hot water. I've changed the fuse lights are green and still nothing. Please help . Can you switch to gas instead of electric will that make a difference?

Oh also toilet won't flush. Fluid is topped up. Any ideas like I say I'm new to this away with my 2 kids and older mum so need help for a thicko. Luke very basic instructions please.

ok all these symptoms suggest your leisure battery has had it and needs replacing
