the battery works the lights and water pump, so is likely a dead battery now. the fridge doesnt work on 12 volt unless connected to your car and above 1500 revs.
doubt the fault is within the caravan and is much more likely the user hasnt got a clue how to use it correctly, i.e if you want mains power you need to connect the cable up outside

It sounds like the 12V side of things is working......the issue seems to be with the 230V side.
Is the black isolator switch(if you have one) up or down?
Is the hook up cable connected properly?
Are the bollard or on-board breakers tripped at all?
Is the charger light on?
Is the charger fuse blown?
This is not an exhaustive list, just the first few things I would consider.....
If all of the above is OK, try checking in-line fuses .......
I'm sure someone with far more knowledge and experience than me will be along soon to offer some proper advice!
Our usual reason for no 240v in the MH is the EHU stanchion being off. It has a switch to turn it back on, maybe after it’s been tripped by someone overloading it. However, every single CAMC site this year had the EHU turned off when we pitched up.
