If you Google 'caravan blind repairs', there are quite a few DIY tips and listed commercial repairers.

Things like blinds are usually bought in items by caravan manufacturers, so often standard items common to many vans, and they often don't change for many years, but a 20 year old van may be pushing that for new spares/replacement and S/H may be your best/only option.
