Hi Colin, Yes we bought it privately from a lovely couple, they were not aware of the damp problem and I believe them. We did get 900 knocked off the price and a few things thrown in like an awning and cover. So we paid 10,100, it has been very well looked after although the door window slider fell apart when I pulled it down 😊, but other than that it's good, we will get it looked at and hopefully get it sorted. My Husband says Thank you for you advice, it's been extremely helpful, he said 'What a nice man' 😁. Thank you again
