Hi Vicky, what Carol suggests sounds more suitable.
If you are getting condensation while you are actually using the van you need to improve ventilation and air circulation. If your cushions are touching the wall you could fit some vent boards from just below the top of the backrests and down to the bed slats.. These are sheets of something like coated plywood same as on the walls of the van. You mount them on spacers so you get a small gap between the back of them and the original wall and this allows the air to circulate better, and keeps the cushions away from any condensation so they don't get damp.
Many of the top of the range vans have them, so if you look at some of the manufacturers' websites you may be able to see a picture of what I mean.
