right as many of you know we are thinking about changing our van , we have found this one but well there doesnt seem to be many about to make a comparision with price wise, loads of the same layout etc can someone tell me what we should expect to pay for this van with a bradcot awning plus extention please all the documents are witht he van and its in immaculate condition, far better than any of the other similar ones we saw in the dealers

hi,my book caravan buyer says £4470.this is on the forecourt price with warranty.these prices are found to be under what the dealer is asking by about £1000 in some cases. [:o)]

right the one we found was private deal so what do you thing is realistic price as they are asking £5000! we though it should be nearer to £4000

We have just brought this caravan. I am sure its the same year. We paid £2995 (private sale) We didn't get an awning with the van.

Dawn we have the swift allouete classic 1997,they are very simular vans we paid £5000 last year.We also got an issobella awning thrown in with it too,i think we got a good deal

Hi we just bought swift baronette classic get it next Wed or Thurs depending on the Bank thing of 3 working days cos easter crops up in between.It is 2000 (year) and we pay £5000 they wanted 51/2 but have allowed £500 on our 91 ABI Transtar..

Its gorgeous and we can't wait

Happymum just a thought I have an awning Which came with our ABI Transtar think its 850mm it is a Trio sport in real good condition we never used it as it was too big so we bought porch awning.You are welcome to it if any good don't know what value is can't be bothered with ebay etc so its yours for nowt if you want it,I live near Doncaster.Yorks

For a 1996 model £5000 is way too much.

In a private sale I would say £3500 max, even with the awning.

1996 Alouette in private sale is £2500 on caravanpriceguide.
