we ahve got a dorema madison 2005 (950) and have found it to be a very good awning, no problems with tension, and no saggy roof for rain to sit in, hope this is some help.
We went to the Outdoor show at Cardiff a few weeks back and out of all the Awnings on show, whicn included Bradcot, Harrisons and Pyramid, I thought in terms of quality and price, the Dorema range was head and shoulders above anything else, we are waiting until the show at the NEC so that we can check out the NR range before making our preference, as this is our first Van, it will also be our first awning,
When we were looking at the Dorema, it was the shade of the Burgundy that stood out, also the pattern on the curtains caught my wife's eye, I know these may seem trivial to some, but when you have to sit inside for any lenght of time, you come around to appreciate the effort their design team put in,
We are delighted with our Dorema in every respect, we use the pads rather than screwing into panels for roof supports. They only cost a few quid & easy to fit onto the awning when erecting.
Take a look at my profile pic gallery we have the Burgundy same as Martin.

we have this too.no problems with it
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
We have the Dorema Calypso (if my memory serves me right) We've had no problems with it. We bought it from Towsure, however, when we went back to buy another Dorema for a new and bigger caravan we found that they no longer stock them
Would definitely have another Dorema, we're currently looking at the Madison.
