It is not that unusual to find members offering up words of advise for dealers who have not satisfied their customers expectations, and rightly so. However I must congratulate my dealer for an excellent service
I bought my van, new in April last year, and this week it went in for its first service. As with anything new there are always little niggly bits that need to be put right. Our van was no different and we pointed these out when we delivered it for service.
I picked it up today and everything was done as promised. They even went to the extent of replacing every locker catch with magnetic ones because the originals where plastic and one had broken. I was very pleased with the quality of customer care and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. (not on commision)
