Hi, does anyone use a bed guard to stop their little one falling out of thier single bed in the caravan.  Our daughter Millie is 19 months and we are planning to go away for the first time ever in April and wondered of our 'Tomy canvas bed guard' would work or does anyone have any tips/experience.   Also, is there a special baby gate that we can buy to stop her falling out of the caravn door when it is open or does anyone have any hints or tips on this subject.  thanks for reading!!   David.

Thanks about the replies regarding the bed gaurd - really helpful.  Does anyone have any idea of what i can put at the caravan door into the awning to stop Millie falling out of the van.  We could keep the bottom half of the door shut bit she knows how to turn the lock and push it open!!   Thanks again, David

I have got a child's bedguard. It has a white tubular steel frame with a netting front so the little one can see out. There are 2 arms that go under the matress to keep it on place. I bought it from an NCT sale thinking my grand-daughter would need it but she doesn't. If you are going to any of the meets I am at, you can have it for nothing. If you don't want it, perhaps it will be useful to someone else.

Hi Browningjaz

Have you look at the selection of child proof? locks the Mothercare and Boots and the larger DIY stores have perhaps their might be one that would be ideal for the job!!

Good hunting & Happy Caravaning
