There's an earlier posting about caravan recovery which reminded me about our situation - we can't be the only ones.
We're lucky enough to have a Shogun which is nearly 2 years old. Part of the 3 year warranty is a fully comprehensive recovery package for breakdown wherever you may be in the EU. If you're towing at the time the caravan/trailer will also be covered. However, if its the caravan that breaksdown then you're not covered. The Caravan Club provide a comprehensive European recovery service for towing vehicles and caravans, but we only need it if the caravan is the cause. However they will not just provide cover for the Van so you have to pay for the full cover; in effect I would be covered twice. Anybody else found a cost effective solution.
