hi there should be a reset switch down the back of the fire...from the left, 7inch in and 9inch down or 9 inch in and 7 inch down,press to reset.see here too......

Put your hand down the left hand side of the  heater assembly at the back -round black plastic casing. About half way down on the left hand side you will find a little cut-out -it's like a three sides of a square cut out in the casing. If you push this in there is a trip switch behind it. You won't hear it click but it will reset. And Bob should be your uncle ..paul
