Hi , Welcome to UKCS , is the water inlet socket on the caravan a round type ? if it is you can buy a service kit for it , the kit contains replacement pins and a replacement cover , it's made by Whale and as far as i can remember it costs about £6 , you should be able to pick one up in most caravan shops .

yes it is round, we didnt realise you could still get round connections, most caravan suppliers that we have contacted only supply the new square shape fittings,

Hi Jackie , i'm not sure if you can still buy the whole fitting anymore , but i'm sure you can still get the service kit , saw one the other day .
