Can anyone confirm for me that the telescopic 'easy' pole system is available in the steel frames on Bradcot awnings? The web site says it is, if so is this the standard frame option? or is there a more basic steel frame on the new awnings?
I am thinking about getting an 2004 ex-demo awning from a dealer with a steel frame, haven't seen it yet but the person I spoke to at the dealership was really vauge about the frame.
I've tried ringing Bradcot, but customer services isn't answering!
I'd be really glad for any help, don't want to waste petrol on a trip to the dealers as it's quite a distance away until I'm sure it's what I want.
The easy frame system on Bradcots is as the name suggests "EASY" and is the only one available apart from the more expensive fibre poles.I have a Bradcot Classic with steel poles and its easy tp erect.

Yes it is but can't for the life of me figure why you want steel above ally which is much lighter and therefore easier to handle.
The awning comes with the bog standard steel frame and you then have the option whether to pay the extra £85 I think it is, for an ally or steel 'easy system'
Thanks for the reply, the reason I'm considering the steel frame is simply price, the deal I'm being offered is an ex-demo 2004 Active size 990 with steel poles for only £300, a huge saving on the new price!
The easy alloy as described are very easy to put up, but the price of £85 is only when buying a new awning as the price of the steel poles are deducted from the alloy ones.
I have to admit I have never heard of the quick steel system, and would have doubts as they tend to be telescopic and steels prone to rust especially inside tubing.
I have an easy alloy its so easy to put uptakes about 10 mins all in cost £325 2nd hand its 825 [i think] fits my windrush at 15foot friend have other type steel seperate poles etc and are also impressed with the ease in which the easy goes up, its very sturdy but light weight i would buy another one if i ever need one
Thanks for all the replies, when I went to get the awning today the dealer realised they couldn't find the steel poles but had a set of easy alloy poles, so we were really lucky and got a free upgrade!
Just have to hope it stops raining by Saturday when we try to put it up for the first time!
