Hi,
I tried to get replacement decals for my late model Sterling Europa.......it had some insurance repairs performed and the repairer just kept making excuses for not finishing the job off - despite my repeated reminders over a period of months.
I waited and waited and in the end got in touch with Swift direct who were similarly disinterested in helping, referring me to two local dealers who werent interested in helping.In fact, I contacted them first before attempting to get Swift to help!!
I went back to Swift again explainng my predicatment but had a "we cant help" response.
Anway the upshot is that neither the dealers or Swift will get my business the next time I spend upwards of 12 grand on a new van(or 30 grand plus on a motorhome - if thats the way I go)
I hope that this will enable other people to take notice of this appalling service and perhaps the Swift group will sit up and take notice. Its too late for me Im afraid - I'm already a customer lost. Nice one Swift and dealers!!!

Rant over - but I feel better having finally shared my frustrations.
