hello people i just thought i might pass on my experience with AJM Awnings having seen hteir website stating ''This item WILL be shipped next day''i decided to take the plunge and order mine from them  well more fool me   no communication on delivery or stock was forthcoming so i rang no joy there on hold for 15 mins try again

eventually thru then thru to cutomer services bloody answerphone ggggrrrrrr

try again on hold for 15 mins thru then again to CS aaah a human  i expressed my concerns with the statement on web site and was told sorry sir havent got them in that colour will blue do you or i can wait 4 weeks approx which will be more like 6 i suppose  not a hppy man here with these false promises so i contact NR Awnings marvellous will send within 3 days sir  thank you

Sorry to hear of the bad service with AJM, we bought one a couple of months ago, lucky that it was in stock and it cam next day.  Sorry you had a bad exp. as I was one of the people to recomend them.

Maybe I was lucky.

I bought a new Dorema Montana through my dealer and managed to save over £100 on the website price.

Said it would be delivered within 3 days and they phoned on the second day to say it was ready to collect.
