I have read loads of posts about how your the man when it comes to damp repairs ,
well we need your advice, we have got in our possesion an old abbey suffolk that has been passed on from my parents with damp (amongst others problems!)
We only live across the water (West Bank) and would be very gratefull for your advice if you have the time
I think Als might be abroad at the minute, as for being hunted down lol he loves it, I'm sure if he is back home now he will get in touch with you, best of luck with the dreaded damp.
P.S. There are a few others in the fix it club, who may be able to help.
well I am not in the fix it club but did extensively repair our old Damp van including resealing the windows, rails, lights and all external fittings, then there were the rotten battens to replace and repair, it wasn't too dificult really it's just very basic carpentry and common sense
