Apologies if this has already been posted somewhere in this thread.

Please please please !!!!!!!! When any of the media demean, berate or just criticise our wonderfull hobby, just smile & agree with them. Then go off & enjoy yourselves, with the knowledge that the majority of the viewers will never be fighting for a pitch along side you, leaving more space for us. Should the camping & caravan fratirnity continue to increase at it's current rate, there will not be room for us all, but worst of all, the government will start to see it as a nice little earner & dream up some rediculous new tax to relieve you of your hard earned.

So for any would be newbies, I have first hand experience of the hobby & find it boring, like working as a skivvy whilst supposedly on holiday & silly to leave a perfectly good home with all the mod cons, to make do on a campsite.
