thanks for your replies .I want a seasonal pitch so that my elderly parents who can,t travel any long distance can use the caravan as well.    any ideas?

Most sites will take seasonal lets if asked, except of course the CL sites which you can only stop on for I think 4 weeks max. Just find the site and ask.
