Hi I have a 1990 abbey gts 214 trying to find out the wheel sizes as I need a spare. there is nothing I can see on the rims, and the only thing that is in the manual is "HG 602"
anyone know what this means in size.

The two sizes you need are the diameter and the rim width which is usually stamped on a steel wheel. Have you tried a local caravan dealer as the coding might mean something to them.

David yes I have tried all local dealers, the code means nothing to them, could not find any stamp on the rim back or front.

How to calculate the Pitch Circle Diameter (PCD)

Measure the distance between the centres of two adjacent holes ‘S’ and then complete the following equation.

4 Stud
209

4 Stud PCD =

    S    
0.7071

EXAMPLE

 

if S= 71mm
 

PCD = 71÷ 0.7071 = 100.41*

 

4 stud PCD = 100mm
