Duncan you should have tried the firm we found via the club web site, they were by far the cheapist and have given exellent cover for a low premium.

I see they only insure up to certain length and dont insure some makes.

  • Is not manufactured by Roma, Hobby, Lord Munsterland, Tabbert or Hymer
  • Internal body length must be less than 23ft / 7 metres

    A caravan with an internal body length over 7m  would be illegal to tow here.  The max allowed is 7m external.

    Our caravan is 22ft overall cos our drive is onlythat long and couldn't go longer and there are plenty that are longer

    they say i wont get a refund as "they dont make mistakes as they use a script" i asked them to listen to the tape recording but they dont record calls (very convenient)

    no they are a first class insurance co. but we found them too expensive on the old van,never asked for the new one.[:o)]
