looking for some help please.

We recently purchased a new to us caravan and decided to purchase all the extras from the same place to make things easier. We opted for an 'Apace Verona' awning and bought a bedroom annexe. We presumed being former campers that an inner tent would come supplied but when we unpacked everything it was not. We went back to the dealership and purchased an inner tent but despite me questioning that it was the correct one twice we were still sold the wrong one, we were sold a standard double awning inner tent. This was the day before our holiday and we did not know it was wrong till we got there, i was most unhappy to say the least.

We paid £22.50 for it but when i returned it was informed they did not sell a universal one to fit the annexe ,though the annexe was sold to us as universal, the Apache one is £63. I feel a little peeved to be told this and am sure there must be a cheaper alternative around.

The annexe is approx 2ft high at its lowest point and 6ft high at its highest. Can anyone suggest where i may purchase a cheaper alternative to the £63 one offered. Many thanks ...............

My annexe also didnt have an innner tent. I just bought the cheapest I could find from JR leisure. I think it was about £20

I've got a standard (not tall) annexe inner tent that I want to sell as it's of no use to me.  If you're interested, ask webby to send me your email address and I'll do some measuring of it and we'll take it from there.

Hi Bill

we have a trio awning low annexe & the inner we were supplied with, was a standard double 'inner tent' for an awning, not an annexe.

Do you still have this low annexe inner avilable for sale? If so would be very interested, as long as it would fit the trio annexe we have?

Hi Jackie, sorry it was me that was looking for one to buy.

 As we could not find one at a reasonable price we just bought a basic 2 berth pop up tent from tesco for about £7 and we put that in the annexe area. Works fine for us.

Would suggest if you bought the awning from new tho that you get back in touch with the supplier and request the correct one as we could not find one less than about 100 quid.
