Hi there. We treated ourselves to a 2006 Sprite Major 5 at the beginning of July. We are really pleased with it but we noticed that the coating on the shelf in the bathroom cabinet started peeling away considerably after only two showers. We have temporarily covered the shelves with plastic place mats. When we were looking for a new van we really wanted a separate shower so that water would not get every where but the layout of this van was fantastic for the 5 adults in our household who regularly caravan together.
Can anyone give us any ideas why the electronic spark ignition for the gas hobs has stopped working this weekend and its back to good old matches. So annoying. Also the light in the fridge has stopped working. Could there be a connection?
Another thing when we arrived at the site this weekend the ends of the handle for the Aguaroll had gone missing. We are sure they went back in the large front locker but on mentionning to the neighbours they said they had lost theirs as well (different make of caravan) and they had gone through a long slot which runs along the front in two different places. We would never have put any items in there that were small enough to fit through these holes if we had known they were there. Do all caravans have these holes? No one admitted to dismantling the handle in the first place.
