cheers folks. the two links that you gave me michael both gave me different weights to tow. think i will need to keep looking and do a bit more homework before i make any decisions.

Have a look at Adria caravans - we bought a 5 berth Altea, with great sized fixed bunks and a side dinette.  It's light to tow at 1300kg loaded.  We are really pleased with the quality and it was much cheaper than some of the British made vans.

thanks faulknerf1. had a wee look and they are stunning and much less weight than the sprite. if i can find a dealer of the adria vans then i think we could be onto a winner...... thanks for all your help guys. much appreciated.
