Hi Waggler,
I think if you are a member of the Caravan Club you can receive a price guide book, whether or not this includes used caravans i cannot say, but i'm sure a member of the CC will be along soon to confirm one way or another.
The price guide books tend to show dealer prices rather than 'real' used prices, when it comes to used goods the value is only what people are prepared to pay, Ebay is a good guide to the value of a used caravan and if you spend some time keeping an eye on caravans there you will see that similar makes/models/ages usually sell for roughly the same price, which as i say will tend to be quite a bit lower than a dealer would charge and what the price guide states.
all the best.
