Hi Eddie,
Thanks for your concern and yes we have informed Morethan and we're now just playing the waiting game......Because it was'nt our fault, Morethan will want to claim off the garage....We had a guy visit last friday to assess the damage to the van, so the ball should start rolling..I't may be touch and go wether the van is a right off or not. We have a Bailey Beachcomber Options 440/4 and we bought it private 6 years ago for £3995 which we found to be a very good price. We had an insurance claim with it about 4 years ago....someone tried wipe us out on the motorway and our caravan came worse off......It cost over £800 to repair the bottom panel on the drivers side......Now we're looking at all the panels on 1 side , so, the repair cost may take it over the value of the van. Gutted if that happens because it's in top condition for it's age, we would find it hard to find a caravan to match it, possibly have to spend more to get what we want. Some how we have all the luck........Will let you know how we get on.....We can always go back to our 6 birth frame tent!!!!. I DONT THINK SO......Funny thing was, when we were away, i was actually talking about upgrading the van.....Maybe thing's happen for a reason
Speak to you soon,
Anita .
