It really does depend who you ask,
There are books printed to give 'guide prices' of caravans, but these tend to be the price a dealer would sell a caravan for, not what you would see it advertised for in your local paper etc. (dealers prices are often way higher than private sales).
My advice would be to go onto Ebay and compare your caravan with similar ones listed, this way you'll have a good idea of the price they fetch if sold privately.
also, if you do ever consider selling to a dealer i would take out the awning and any other bits and bobs and sell them seperately as the dealer will pay you the set price for the caravan whether it comes with an awning or not!.
