I know that there can sometimes be a tendency to "name and shame" campsites and dealers on this site so I thought it would be nice to name and praise one for a change:
We bought our outfit from Sussex Caravan Centre in Ashington, West Sussex 18 months ago.
First service -no problems, my daughter took her large toyy caravan (built by grandpa) and was showered with freebies(stickers,key ring etc) and her caravan even had its own service.
Last month on a rally during a particulalrly bad storm one of our windows sprung a leak. We took it in to be repaired this week. the original quote was about £100, but I've just had a phone call saying that the caravan is ready and considering that we've only had the caravan 1 and a half years they'll only charge us £50. These guys seem to thrive on the rare commodity called CUSTOMER SERVICE and they are b****y good at it. So if you are in the Sussex Area and want a nice Elddis, see these guys!
