oh i totally agree. You can always look in there and go see the storage place before you commit to anything. Just in case you don't get any joy.

Hi Blubri can you let me know if you find anywhere. We have had notification from our current storage facility that they want £700 for renewal due end of October! The normal cost is £350 but we had a problem with the access and the owner wants to charge us for two spaces. Its not an unusually large van, its just that the access was so tight one person would not be able to manhandle the van in and out on thier own. My husband is no novice either, he drives and backs 40' units in and out all day every day. It hasnt been stored since we took it out on 17th March to site it for the season, and when we did we noticed a small dinge in the side which wasnt there when we left it so we were not the only ones having problems.
Got fixed up storing the van at billinge which is ideal as we have a twin axel so needed a large spot , it turned out a friend stores her van at homeforvans and there prices have gone up quiet a bit for a large space.
Hi Bolty - well done! Glad to hear you got sorted. You are right - homeforvans is indoor storage and best suited to average sized single axles. Your place sounds perfect for a twin!
