Avondale have had big problems with panels cracking but so have other makers. My Argente is 2004 and I do like it the layout everything. I have had a few probs with it but nothing major (heater packed up,shower not sealed properly,skylight wont slide back). But the dealer has not been to helpfull but they have promised me it will all be sorted when it goes in for new panels to be fitted.I think if you buy a new one they have got the probs sorted. Saw 2007 models at Hull a couple of weeks ago they look great but 16.5k.you dont want probs when you have payed that sort of money. Hope this has been some help.

The dealer being reluctant to fix snags was my main concern. Our "local" dealer would be Sunnyhaven & Blazers in Swansea (about an hour away) and I have no idea what their after-sales service is like, if no-one picks up on this thread, I'll start a new topic to see if anyone else has any experience of them. Forewarned is forearmed!

 my friend has recently purchased a avondale golden osprey 2004 model. anyone no of any problems with these ?didnt no avondales had probs until i read this thread.
