Looks as if it's all been said. I have bought two caravans from Ebay but always view first regardless of distance.

We have also sold vans from Ebay but always say to buyers view first before making a bid.

Incidentally, I find Ebay pretty good for accessories as well.

I've bought loads of stuff of ebay and not had a problem at all, the sellers have all been genuine even though one or two have not been truthful? What I mean is they state the description as they see it from their prospective, that is not how a buyer might see it dependent on their prospective.

Example, I bought a 91 van for £300, I didn't expect much but it was worse, the seller said it was useable which I found laughable but my breaker friend who picked it up actually used it that weekend before putting it back on ebay...in bits!!

So as most if not all have said go and see it beforehand because your standards are probable different like me and my breaker friends seem to be, however to be truthful he used this one for his dogs!!!

Following on from the above, the seller of the van has been kicked off ebay having received two negative feedbacks. I'm not surprised as his description of the van fell far sort of reality, I gave a positve but had I been your average buyer my feedback would have been very negative indeed.

The really positive side of all this is that ebay are watching and weeding out rogues, apparantly three strikes and your out. This could be aurgued gives you more confidence in ebay than say a dealer with a forecourt?...after all it would seem ebay has more clout than Trading Standards!!

i love ebay, we sell  all our junk all year round and have a wad in the paypal to treat ourselves at the end of it all. but im not spending it this year im saving for a hobby!!! ............i think i will be 90 when i get enough for one lol

        hi i have just bought  a fleetwood garland 165/5 have no manual

         on how to use appliances so i have no hot water and and dont know how to

         put gas on can any body help
