Ever thought of selling the caravan and buying a tent/trailer tent? Storage issues not usually a problem with a tent, and a couple hundred quid will buy you a beauty!
You will still have the freedom of taking off for the weekend, and not feel too gutted over the price of your purchase if you dont get to use it for a while. Just a thought
